Friend Friday Community Night At Wellness Lounge Mission Bay- Halloween Party

Dress up in your favorite costume & come relax and make new friends at our friend Friday community night!
De-stress and let go of your week with a variety of yoga classes, snacks, hangout, and music around the fire.
4:30 pm Stretch Hatha
6:00 pm Meditation Hatha
7:30 pm Trapeze Yoga
8:30 pm Music Around the Fire
Come as you are, bring an instrument, a snack to share, and make new friends. All classes are by donation so try one or all of them. $5- $20 suggested donation.
Wellness Lounge members have priority for yoga class space. New students get a free week of unlimited yoga so please sign up on our website for the classes you plan to take. Cash donations accepted at the door based on availability.

We have a great location near the water with plenty of space for dancing and playing instruments without disturbing anyone.
