Dr. Maddie’s goal is to educate people on why chiropractic is a great way to improve your overall health and how the nervous system affects all areas of your life. The idea is that the 4 pillars of health are the 4 foundational ways in which you care for your body and create a lifestyle of good health. By doing these 4 things effectively, efficiently and sustainably you increase your ability to handle stress. Stress comes in different forms and is always challenging your health. Establishing good habits in these 4 categories and through chiropractic care, you can use stress as a stimulus for change and growth.
