Michelle Dunn first discovered her passion for the healing arts through her yoga practice. While living in Miami she found that yoga was a great tool that not only helped with her body aches but also helped calm her mind and spirit. There she realized the amazing ability the body has to heal its self. Her passion for yoga inspired her to continue her growth by enrolling in a yoga teacher training so that she could help others discover their own body’s healing potential. After several months of teaching in South Beach, she found that her favorite part of teaching yoga was the restorative aspect, gentle adjustments, and ending classes with light massages for her students. This sparked her desire to continue her education of the human body and to deepen her understanding of the musculoskeletal system.

Casey Jordan is a licensed massage therapist, who specializes in swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and loves to work with athletes. She started her career at Bellus Acacdemy, and after an amazing experience learning and falling even more in love with the healing art of massage, she graduated and started massage. After a few very successful years of massaging, she heard of an opportunity to actually teach massage alongside the same teachers who taught her. She made sure to jump on that first thing because she realized that she would not be who she is a therapist without the patience and knowledge of her teachers, and that was something she wanted to give to all future therapists. She realized she now had a new love of teaching about massage and reminding people of just how important it is to overall health and well being. Though she leaves behind Bellus and all of the amazing memories it gave her, she will never stop teaching to anyone who is willing to listen and learn. Casey loves to share her passion of massage with others, and cannot wait to share her passion with Wellness Lounge clients!
