Integrated Positional (Stretch) Therapy (IPT) is a proven system of protocols designed to reduce and often eliminate chronic pain. Positional Stretch Therapy balances the muscles while its partner - Chiropractic - aligns the skeletal system.

We focus on the muscular system whether you have tight muscles, limited range of motion or flexibility opportunities we provide one, two or all three approaches to reducing or eliminating your pain through the three S’s:

Stretching- a gentle no pain stretch protocol.

Strengthening - a gentle no pain strengthening exercise protocol.

Slacken - positioning the muscle in a state of slack, rest or position it out of pain.

Protocols are done on the massage table with workout or yoga clothes on. You will leave with wellness tips on sitting, driving, desk work, what to stretch, what not to stretch, etc.
