Born and raised in Louisiana, Dr. Sacha brings a dynamic blend of clinical expertise, athleticism, and real-world experience to her work. After traveling throughout the U.S. and Europe, she settled in Las Vegas, where she balanced an active lifestyle with work on the casino floors at Bellagio and Aria. A former athlete and dancer, a knee injury ultimately shifted her fitness journey and introduced her to chiropractic care, hot yoga, and hot Pilates—sparking a deeper interest in spinal health and functional movement.
Dr. Sacha earned her degree from Boise State University and worked as a respiratory therapist in inpatient and emergency settings, caring for adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients. While working in the PICU, she recognized that movement—not prolonged immobilization—was essential to healing. This insight led her to pursue chiropractic care, and she was accepted into Southern California University of Health Sciences.
She is passionate about women’s health, prenatal and pediatric care, and whole-family wellness. Dr. Sacha is dedicated to helping individuals and families live energetic, pain-free lives through education, intentional movement, and supportive care. She believes education is empowering, movement is medicine, and representation truly matters.
