Acupuncture Point of the Day: Yintang! Our Acupuncturist, Kara, uses this point located between your eyebrows to treat stress and anxiety, improve your sleep, and provide relief to your nasal passages. ⁠

Acupuncture is best, but you can perform acupressure at any time! Locate the point between your brows, pressing with one or two fingers and gently massaging in a circular motion for 1-2 minutes while closing your eyes and breathing slow and deep. ⁠
