Jennifer Hudgens is a Doctor of Physical Therapy as well as a certified yoga instructor. She focuses her treatment on functional movement and manual therapies. Her main goal is to not only help you with your pain but most importantly return you to your highest level of function.
Your first session will focus on a full body approach to assessing your injury. Each treatment there after will focus on returning to function while limiting pain. She strives to give you a home exercise program that is manageable and beneficial. You will leave each session feeling empowered with knowledge and function.
